If you are with broadened waistline but want to lose weight, there are various steps to make it possible. Gaining body weight can be easy for anyone because eating more and very often can prove it. It is mostly accepted that running is not an ideal form of exercise that helps lose weight. But you can control your weight and waistline by jogging for at least 4 times a week. Running can be helping to bring down weight, but you should consult your doctor before starting running exercise program. I did it successfully but today I live alive with broken legs”. Though it may be a comedy for many, there is truth in this statement. It is believed that brisk walk for 40 minutes a day helps lose weight fairly.

Jogging to lose weight:

Jogging is the best option enabling you to lose weight. It just requires a few instructions to mind.
• Before and after jogging, performing slow and static exercises should find place
• For a beginner, walking and jogging alternatively can be the best choice
• Increasing the mileage slowly is a good idea
• You can reserve one day for rest in a week
• After jogging, you may have a cup of lemon juice for regenerating your energy

Other things that need to mind:

Away from jogging, discipline in control of food habits during every session has salient role in weight loss process. By food habits one can mean the type of food choice to eat, volume of food intake, inclusion of nutrients in daily consumption, and the time space left for eating. If you are aiming to lose weight, you can better reduce food intake to half. If you are tolerant you can miss mid meals by taking some fruit juice or vegetable soup. You may have good choice of easily digestible broth varieties. Avoiding fatty foods is a good idea to achieve your target in weight loss.
